OTHER SERVICES

Crawlspace and Vapor Barrier Restoration
Rat, raccoon, and rodent infestations in your crawlspace can pose threats to your health and to your property, even after the pests themselves are removed.  The damage they cause and leave behind can sometimes require restoration of the crawlspace areas and vapor barriers that protect your home.  This includes:
  • Inspecting and closing-off holes and access points.
  • Removing and replacing damaged insulation.
  • Removing and replacing damaged/soiled vapor barriers.
Correcting these problems properly requires restoration and contracting professionals who understand pest control as well as they understand structures and construction.

Tree Services
External factors like overhanging tree limbs and bushes that contact your home or structure can offer insects and rodents a highway to your inside spaces.  Things that grow should never contact your structure.  It simply makes for better upkeep.

Our preferred partners are trained to understand how insects, rodents, and pests gain access to your homes and structures down to the small details.  They understand that simply trimming back the tree limb 6 inches is not enough to keep rats from jumping. From crawlspace restoration to tree services, our team of experts will make sure that the job is completed properly, safely, and affordably.
