Justin came out for our initial service and was truly excellent. He thoroughly explained everything he would do - what the process would look like, how much time it would take, how much it would cost, what to expect, what to do if critters show up between services, and the paperwork he would send after. Justin made it truly easy for us, and we are SO relieved and happy to get this process going with Summit. Ants, spiders, wasps, and mice beware!

Outstanding service from Justin in dealing with squirrels in my attic. Justin explored the attic thoroughly and found multiple ways they could get in. After eliminating the squirrels, he also did an awesome job of sealing all entry points to prevent future issues. He also diagnosed and eliminated roof rats, which had found a completely different way to get in. I really appreciated the comprehensive way he tackled the problem, and the outstanding post-service follow-up. I will definitely use this company again for future pest problems.

James originally came out to assist with a Starling nest removal. It turned out that the nest was compacted a great deal in our exhaust vent, making it difficult for them to remove. James got as much as he could cleared and then put up some covers to ensure the Starlings wouldn’t come back.
James ended up calling me and said that they wanted to see if they could do more and asked if he could come back with the owner, Bill. I said that was fine. Bill did another inspection and said that he believed a duct cleaner was the best course of action because the starlings had built a nest that was too deep and compacted for their tools.
I thanked them for their professionalism and chocked it up to homeownership. Bill and James said that they wanted to refund for the inspection and work because they couldn’t remove it completely. I said that I appreciated that but wanted to make sure that they were compensated for their time. They wouldn’t have any of it and said that this is just how they do business. Bill even asked that I call him after we speak with our hvac company to see what they recommend.
Both James and Bill are men of integrity. I highly recommend people hire Summit for their pest control needs because they can rest assured that they’re working with a company who will do right by them.
This is the only company I’ll use for pest control going forward. Thank you!!!

Was leary at first . But Justin explained to her perfectly about how and why he doing what he needed to do. Awesome dude, awesome service, thank you very much.

We surprised a rat in the garage, and Summit responded to our email inquiry with a prompt call back. We were quickly scheduled, and Justin came out for an inspection and assessment, and found evidence rats were getting into our crawl space. He was experienced, very knowledgeable and put us at ease. We chose them because they were a local company with great reviews. Glad we did. Our experience matched other happy customers. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. We plan to continue service quarterly knowing that eliminating the rats is not a one time service.
